Paperless Roster​

Opening-Day Roster

EVC has transitioned to a paperless roster  process effective beginning in the Spring 2018 term. Paper rosters will no  longer be distributed​ or required for submittal to the Admissions &  Records Office. Rosters can be obtained through your Self  Service account. For  instructions on how to access and print your class roster, c​heck the Step By Step Guide​. If you need assistance with Self  Service please  contact the Help Desk at extension 6411.​

  ​Grades

  • Shall be submitted no  later than the Friday of the week following the last day of the  semester/session through Self  Service only.
  • The deadline for  Positive attendance and Variable Unit rosters is the same as the Grade  submission deadline to A&R. (if applicable)
  • Please retain grade  documents for at least three college years after the year in which they were  originally created. (AP 3310)
