Overview
The Department of Theatre Arts offers courses in Acting, Script Analysis, Theatres of Diversity, Dance, Film, Technical Theatre and Performance. Theatre students learn how to act and interact freely and spontaneously, develop strong focus and concentration, work cooperatively with scene partners and in groups, and express themselves with clarity and confidence. Each fall, students have the opportunity to act in a fully staged theatre production.

Shakespeare Escapes Here Plot Summary: A group of young people go to an escape room for a fun night out. Once inside, they discover that the rooms are haunted by the ghost of Shakespeare.

A program map is a suggested semester-by-semester plan to help you complete the courses required for a particular degree or certificate. It is based on the major sheet for the particular degree or certificate you are interested in. It includes courses required for the major, general education and any necessary electives.

A major sheet includes a description of the program you are interested in, what you can expect to learn once you have completed the program (Program Learning Outcomes) and the specific specialty courses you will need to complete within a major.
