The Karl S. Pister Scholarship provides an award of $20.000 paid over 2 years for students with significant financial need who have shown exceptional achievement or leadership through academic or extracurricular involvement. The combination of this award with other grants could potentially cover the full cost of attending UC Santa Cruz (tuition. housing. food. transportation. books & supplies). 

Students from Cabrillo, Canada. College of San Mateo. De Anza. Evergreen. Foothill. Gavilan. Hartnell, Mission. Monterey Peninsula College. San Jose City College. Skyline College. & West Valley College are eligible.
