EVC and SJCC will place a hold on all accounts that owe money on Wednesday, October 30. Students will not be able to register for Spring or Winter classes if there is a balance on the account.

Students who owe a balance, will be dropped from their registered classes in 2025 if they owe a balance on the following dates:

DROP FOR NON-PAYMENT DATES

• December 12 – students dropped from classes for non-payment
• January 9 – students dropped from classes for non-payment
• January 23 – students dropped from classes for non-payment

DEADLINE TO SETUP A PAYMENT PLAN (OR PAY)

The following are deadlines: students must have a payment plan set or pay for classes, in order not to get dropped:

• December 11 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
• January 8 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
• January 22 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
