EVC and SJCC are implementing a drop for non-payment starting in 2025.
Students who owe a balance, will be dropped from their registered classes in 2025 if they owe a balance on the following dates:
DROP FOR NON-PAYMENT DATES
December 12, 2024 (Course registration and TouchNet will be offline to enter into payment plan from Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.)
January 9, 2025 (Course registration and TouchNet will be offline to enter into payment plan from Wednesday, January 8 at 10:00 p.m. through Thursday, January 9, at 2:00 p.m.)
January 23, 2025 (Course registration and TouchNet will be offline to enter into payment plan from Wednesday, January 22, at 10:00 p.m. through Thursday, January 23, at 2:00 p.m.)

Students can setup a payment plan here.
Students can check their balances through Single Sign On and their portal.

DEADLINE TO SETUP A PAYMENT PLAN (OR PAY)
The following are deadlines: students must have a payment plan set or pay for classes, in order not to get dropped:
- December 11 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
- January 8 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
- January 22 – deadline to make a payment or enter into a payment plan
