In honor of commemorating 50 years Post Khmer Rouge Genocide, Health & Wellness Services and ASPIRE+PLLUS is hosting "Healing & Witnessing through Narrative" event on:

The event will include:

  • Authentic Cambodian Cuisine will be served
  • Raffle Prizes: Apple Air pods, Khmer Kramas, Swag, Gift Basket, etc.

"Our stories are not only of survival, but also of strength, hope, and purpose. Through telling our stories, we honor those we've lost, and we create space for ourselves to thrive."

Join us for a special event, commemorating 50 years since the Cambodian genocide, remembering those we lost, and honoring the resilience of survivors through the transformative power of healing, witnessing, and sharing our stories across three generations.

The event will feature:

  • A multimedia presentation on the history and intergenerational impact of the Khmer Rouge genocide
  • Storytelling panel featuring voices from the 1st, 1.5, and 2nd generations sharing how memory, identity, and culture live on through them
  • Reflections on healing from trauma and reclaiming OUR narratives as a form of cultural survival and resistance.
  • Community activities to connect across generations through writing and shared space.
  • This event is a call to remember and a call to rise. Your presence helps us bear witness, connect, and carry these stories forward.
