Interested in pre-ordering items for your graduation such as your Cap & Gown, Graduation Announcements, Class Rings, and More? Evergreen Valley College is partnered with Herff Jones to provide you access to a variety of items to celebrate and remember your huge accomplishment! Please read below for more information.
Herff Jones will be present during the Grad Fair on March 3rd and March 4th to take Pre-Orders on Cap and Gowns and other related Grad related items, such as class rings and invitations.

Deadline to order Home Ship:
The last day to order your Cap and Gown to have it shipped to your home is April 27,
2026. The shipping cost is $14.90. All orders placed for home shipping will ship within
30 days of the order date. Please note that the shipping cost will increase for this
service. Please plan accordingly for processing and delivery time. Remember that graduation
is on May 22, 2026. If planning to ship to your home we do not recommend you wait
until the deadline to order your cap and gown.
Welcome! We are so excited to welcome you to the EVC campus as we celebrate the Graduating Class of 2026. Below find important information you will need for attendance.

Please plan to arrive early to park and find your seats
Please Note: Parking Lot 9 will be reserved for Graduate, handicapped, and elderly parking ONLY. All other guests must park in neighboring lots.
Shuttle service for the elderly or other individuals needing assistance will be provided in parking lot 6.
The Commencement Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Beginning at 5:45 p.m. entrance to the soccer stadium will be cleared out and guests will not be permitted to enter the soccer stadium until after the procession has ended. We recommend that guests be seated by 5:30 p.m.
Seating
Although there is no reserved seating, tickets are still required to enter the stadium. Guests without tickets will not be permitted to enter the stadium.
Graduates will be seated on the grass field; guests will be seated on a limited number of seats on the field and in the bleachers behind graduates. In the evenings the field area can be windy and there will be no shade. Please dress appropriately. You may wish to bring sunglasses as the bleachers and seats will be facing the direction of the sun. For safety reasons, guests must remain seated during the duration of the ceremony. As such, we ask that you please refrain from bringing large umbrellas that may block the view of the ceremony for other guests.
Greeters will be posted at the entrance and throughout the bleachers to assist with directions and seating. If you need accommodations or special seating, please tell a greeter. They will direct you to someone who can assist you.
