Objectives:
Train faculty and staff to develop online classroom environments which are learner centered, advance information competency, take advantage of e-learning communication and assessment tools, and increase access for all students;
Evaluate and establish technical support needs to setup WebCT course management system;
Assess outcomes of WebCT-enhanced learning through qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
