Have you applied to the CA Board of Registered Nursing to take the NCLEX and received a letter from them stating that you are deficient in certain disciplines?  Are you interested in taking these courses at Evergreen Valley College? 
Please do the following:

1. Make a copy of the letter that you received from the BRN and mail it to:

1. Please be sure to include a phone number and email address where we can contact you.
2. You will receive confirmation via email that we have received your request and you will be added to the list of students waiting.
3. If we have an opening, you will receive an email or phone call from us advising you of the opening.
