Marketing Materials Production Process

To make sure your materials are consistent with the EVC brand strategy and the approved graphic look as well as to ensure the rapid production of your marketing pieces, please follow the guidelines as outlined in the chart below.

Please note: Your request must be approved by your Dean or VP prior to submission.

  1. Fill out the Materials Submission Form.
  2. Dean or VP level reviews and approves your request via emal back to you.
  3. Email your approved Form/Email to EVCMarketing@evc.edu.
  4. Be sure to include (this is very important) text, desired logos, photos and any other images in your email.
  5. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE MISSING YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE COMPLETED.
  6. Marketing will send you a draft and one revision
  7. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING THE FINAL BEFORE PRINTING
  8. You send the PDF to the printer of your choice (In most cases, you can send this or post it online to the printer's site). For specific questions about printing or whether Reprographics can print this job for you, call Sherry Hood at x3797.

Just so you know, here's what Marketing does with your request:

  1. If the Form is complete, Marketing sends it to Reprographics for initial production.
  2. Reprographics completes a PDF Draft.
  3. Marketing reviews the Draft against the Form for accuracy.
  4. If there are no errors, Marketing posts the PDF Draft for you to review, sending you an email confirmation. If there are errors, Marketing sends the PDF Draft back to Reprographics for correction.
  5. You review the PDF Draft for accuracy. Any edits should be made by printing out the Draft and sending the page to Marketing with "markups."
  6. If there are no errors, you send the PDF to the printer of your choice (In most cases, you can send this or post it online to the printer's site).
