- Go online share your experience in a newsgroup.
- Fill in a complaint form with the FTC
- Request for a refund if possible

- Choosing the topic wasn’t easy. Then I thought about a subject I always
wanted to write about because I was mad if about it. It hit me in the
face: scams and how to use the internet to avoid them.
- I search in the King Library catalog, but it was almost impossible to
find current books about the subject. Finally, I got some government
database document. They were at least 10 years old, but they help me
significantly in writing my paper.
- I went online ,I used Google, yahoo directories, Some other site to
evaluate my findings: www.ftc.gov , www.bbb.org ,and www.ecommercetimes.com .
- I learnt more tips doing my research.
