Foreign Language Placement
Completion of the full sequence of courses 1A, 1B and 2A, 2B satisfies UC Foreign Language requirements. Students planning to transfer before completion of the Foreign Language sequence or planning to major in Foreign Languages should consult the instructor. A student with a foreign language background or previous training in a language should consult the instructor for placement.
