Services

CTSS helps you acquire and install all technology products. CTSS also provides support and maintenance for all equipment in the classroom, the labs, the staff offices, and events on our campus, including, but is not limited to:

Work/Service Request Forms

For any technical assistance, please call 6411 or send an e-mail to HelpDesk@sjeccd.edu.  The Help Desk staff will make note of the problem description and route the ticket to appropriate technician.  Your support and service requests will be prioritized accordingly, based on its impact to our students, campus safety, and health of the campus network infrastructure.

All services and requests mentioned, offered solely for the use of staff and faculty of Evergreen Valley College campus.

Monday – Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

CTSS works as a team in providing support to the community. However, due to complexity and rapid change of the technology, each member of our staff focuses on a different area. Over time, they have developed their own specialty within the department as shown below.

New Equipment Purchase

CTSS assists you in your purchase of technology product. You are encouraged to consult with CTSS when you are looking for technical solution to your business requirements. CTSS specifies the product and provides you a price quote that ensures standards and compatibilities with the campus network infrastructure. This quote can then be used by you to create a purchase requisition in DATATEL.
