Hello! I started working for the San Jose Community College District while a student at SJCC as a recruiter in 1970 – 1972.   Graduated and transferred to San Jose State, worked for SJCC during summers as a recruiter and tutor.  Graduated from SJSU in June 1974 and was hired at SJCC as a full-time Outreach Assistant. I transferred in 1975 to EVC as a full-time Counseling Assistant.  I left to work in private industry in 1980. I returned to counsel and teach part-time at both EVC and SJCC.  In 2001, I returned to EVC as the full-time counselor for the AFFIRM Program, and then moved over to general counseling in 2005.

I enjoy working with students and watching them accomplish their goals and dreams.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going on cruises, playing with my grandchildren and planning family holidays and events.
